Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GenCon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use GenCon for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software on GenCon
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Acceptable Use

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of GenCon
• Create false accounts or impersonate others

Voting System

GenCon provides a platform for users to rate public perception of various figures. All votes are subject to verification and anti-manipulation measures. We reserve the right to remove votes that appear fraudulent or manipulated. Users are limited to one vote per figure per 60-minute period.

Content and Opinions

The ratings and consensus data displayed on GenCon represent aggregated user opinions and do not reflect the views of GenCon or its operators. All content is user-generated and should be considered as subjective opinion, not fact.

Disclaimer

The materials on GenCon are provided on an "as is" basis. GenCon makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall GenCon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use GenCon, even if GenCon or a GenCon authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on GenCon could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GenCon does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. GenCon may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to GenCon immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
